Pastor Mike Rodgers Sr. has been in the ministry for over 35 years beginning in the ministry at a house chapel operated by Evangel Tabernacle Assembly of God in Louisville, KY. After serving there for five years, Pastor Mike and Donna moved to the city of Hillview, KY and pastored at Hillview Assembly of God for 7 years. It was in the last year at Hillview that Pastor Mike had what could be called a "Macedonian Call" to come out to the small city of Lebanon Junction, KY.  Here, Pastor Mike Rodgers, Sr. pioneered Faith Assembly of God and has faithful worked for the Lord and the community for close to 25 years. Pastor Mike Rodgers, Sr. has an enormous vision for the lost. As the name of the church prescribes, Pastor Mike has been faithful and true to the work God has called him.

Sister Donna Rodgers is also our Music Minister.  Sister Donna has served the Lord in the ministry now since Faith Assemblies inception and leads a beautiful team preparing the churches music for worship service, cantatas, plays and other special music presentations.

Mike and Geri has served as missionaries for five years to the Island of Saipan in the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands. Mike Youth Pastored there and Geri served as a High School Teacher. In 2000 Mike joined the Army and served for five years recently serving a year in Iraq.  Since Mike got out of the military in June last year, Geri and Mike have moved back home to serve at the church he grew up in.

Pastor Tim and Angel were saved under the ministry of Faith Assembly of God in the mid 90's and soon after felt a call on their hearts to reach the lost in the community. Tim and Angel are absolutely excited about working with the youth and what God is about to do. They have a vision for the youth in the community that is unparallel to many.

Angel also serves as our part time secretary during Sister Fran's absence.

Any one who talks to Mitzie or Jennie will quickly learn their passion and protective nature over the children's ministries they serve in. Jennie has been serving within the childrens Ministries here at Faith Assembly for about three years and now heads up our children's ministry department. She also teaches a young adult Sunday School class on Sunday Mornings at Faith Assembly.

Mitzie has over the last couple of years taken up a desire for reaching children through the Missionettes and Royal Ranger's program here at Faith Assembly. Over the last several years she has trained and mentored others in expanding these ministries.

Faithfulness describe Mitzie and Jennie to a "T;" they have worked tirelessly in making sure that the children's ministries have been successful in training and reaching our children.

Sister Marsena came on staff on as a voluteer secretary mid October 2009 to help cover a big need here at the church and has been truly indispensable. We deeply appreciate her time and sacrifice here at Faith Assembly.

Marsena also helps a great deal with the childrens' ministries on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. Thank you so much Marsena for your labor of love here at Faith Assembly!
